Where are you located?

Seven Hills (4170), Brisbane. 

 
Do you offer a try on service? 
Yes we offer local try ons at our location in Seven Hills. Try ons can be booked online here. Interstate try ons are not offered. 
 
How long are your hire periods?
Our standard booking period is 3 days. If you require a longer hire period, please contact us on Instagram and we will try our best to accomodate you. This must be organised prior to booking and depends on garment availability. 
 
Do you offer postal bookings?
Yes, we do. These are only offered in Australia, not internationally. Please contact us to confirm whether postage is available for your event date prior to booking. To have a garment posted to you, simply select 'Express Return Postage' at the checkout. 
 
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Book My Look has a strict no refund policy. Please ensure you book your garment for the correct date. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. Store credits may be given in extraordinary circumstances, this is decided by us.
 
Who cleans the garment?
We carefully clean each garment or use our chosen dry cleaner to do so. Damage can occur during the cleaning process if it's done incorrectly so please don't attempt to clean the garment. 
 
What if I damage the garment during my hire?
If any damage occurs to your garment, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to restore the garment to its previous condition. Any repair fees and or extra cleaning fees are liable to be paid by the client. If the garment is damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the RRP of the garment.
 
In the unlikely event your garment arrives with any faults, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery/collection and provide clear images of the faults. If we are not made aware of faults prior to the garment being worn, we will have to assume that they occurred during your hire.
 
How does garment collection/return work?  
Garments are collected on the start date of your booking period and returned on the last day of your booking period (or the dates organised prior to booking with us). A return slip and instructions are included with your garment. Any late or incorrectly returned items will incur late fees of $10 per day.
